All physical cores are required to be licensed
Each physical processor is required to be licensed with a minimum of 8 physical cores
Each physical server is required to be licensed with a minimum of 16 physical cores
A minimum of 8 licenses (16 cores) must be purchased for each server
Two OSEs are covered when all cores are licensed
Microsoft Windows Server Standard/2 Core Annual License.
