Description:
The Texas A&M Information Technology Bomgar service provides web chat and remote desktop support tools ideal for assisting customers. Each concurrent license allows one agent of a support team to authenticate to the remote console at a given time, with no limit to the number of agent accounts. An initial license purchase covers the cost of server and infrastructure overhead as well as the following features:
• Unique web portal with institutional branding for each licensed support group
• Jump Clients (unattended remote access to designated stations)
• Bomgar Buttons (customer 'shortcut' that allows connection to previously defined representative or team)
• NetID Authentication for agents
• Support sessions records and desktop support recordings stored for 90 days
• Configured to work through the Texas A&M campus firewall
